Belong! Engage!&nbsp;Join us for weekly gatherings!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The program is open for children in grades kindergarten through 7th grade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New in the fall will be small group studies for children in grades 6 and 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Faith Formation program is a fun and interactive way for your child to encounter Jesus, grow in faith and become a witness to the Gospels.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Faith Formation program will be organized by formation levels. The group your child is assigned to&nbsp;will not necessarily correlate with his\/ her grade level at school. If your child has not attended a Faith Formation program in the past, they will enter&nbsp;at the Primary level.&nbsp;Children who have completed the Primary level&nbsp;will move on to the Sacrament Prep level. The year following Sacrament Prep begins the Intermediate levels of formation. The program consists of three Intermediate levels.&nbsp;Completion of all levels is needed for the Sacrament of Confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faith Groups are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Catechesis if the Good Shepherd (kindergarten)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children of God (first year of Faith Formation typically grades 1 &amp; 2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sacrament Prep&nbsp;(typically grades&nbsp;2 &amp; 3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marks of the Church (grades 3 &amp; 4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Covenant Keepers (grades 4&amp; 5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living the Sacraments: JPII (grades 5&amp; 6)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living the Faith (grades 6 &amp; 7)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Evenings of Worship are an important component of the formation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The program will have quarterly Family Adoration and Fellowship nights, &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This year there will be four Parent\/ Child Liturgical Gathering evenings; gathering dates TBD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All of these evenings count towards completion of the faith year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Mary\u2019s Press Discover! Finding Faith in Life curriculum is used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each lesson is based in Scripture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The lesson includes a Background Reflection, Family Activities, and a highlighted Saint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The On-Site program gathers on Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:30 from September 17- May 20. The first gathering will be&nbsp;an evening of Family Adoration, Fellowship and meeting the catechists.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>REGISTRATION FEE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Child: $105<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2nd Child: $60<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3rd Child: $60<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4+ Children: Free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>No additional fee for non-parishioners, but a&nbsp;letter from your parish Faith Formation Coordinator&nbsp;or Pastor acknowledging that your child will be attending SPA Faith Formation is needed before registration can be processed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents who commit to volunteering weekly will receive a $30&nbsp;discount per child.
