Drop in Scheduling &amp; Payment will be done in Brightwheel and is due the month prior. Cougar Den After School Program will be handled via Tuition payments and are done via school contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The cost of care is as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cougar Den After School Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/spagr.org\/school\/admissions\/openings-and-tuition\/\">Tuition<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Discounted rate from drop-in care<\/li>\n<li>Multi-child discounts<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to make changes with month notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Before School Care:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$4.00 per child pre-registered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anytime before school is billed as one hour.\u00a0 The 50 minute interval between dismissal, 3:10 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. is billed as one hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charges for late pick-up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pick-up after the <strong><u>pre-registered scheduled time<\/u><\/strong> results in an additional cost.\u00a0 This charge applies after 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. scheduled pick-up times.<\/p>\n<p>Each child = $4.00 per hour with a minimum $4.00 charge<\/p>\n<p>Charges will be added to your brightwheel account for the next months schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charges for pick-up after closure (5:30 p.m.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each child = $4.00 per fifteen (15) minute interval with a minimum charge of $4.00<\/p>\n<p>Charges will be added to your brightwheel account for the next months schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Any fraction of one hour, except for the period of 5:00 \u2013 5:30 p.m., is considered an hour of service<\/strong>.\u00a0 Your child will be available for release at the scheduled pick-up time.\u00a0 Please notify the After School Care staff <strong>(616-780-3750)<\/strong> if you will be late to prevent any additional interruption of scheduled activities.<\/p>\n<p>Families will provide an after school snack and\/or beverage for their child\/ren.\u00a0 Care will be offered on regular full day sessions.\u00a0 No care is offered on half-days, days off, snow days, or other emergency closure situations.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Please note that all prior year BSC\/ASC fees must be current to register for the current school year.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you have questions, please contact the school office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before School Care is offered beginning at 7:30 am, and after school care is offered from 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm for students enrolled in grades PS-8.
