St. Paul the Apostle Parish is located on the southeast side of Grand Rapids. St. Paul was founded in 1965 and has grown steadily through the years. We are a vibrant parish community of 1200+ families from the greater Grand Rapids area and beyond.
Vision Statement
We envision Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic Parish as a gathering of the Faithful constantly striving to follow Jesus as the early church did, “devoting themselves to Christ’s teaching, Fellowship, the Eucharist and prayer.” Acts 2:42.
We encourage members of all ages by providing quality programs in on-going spiritual formation to participate in the faith community, to minister to those in need and to carry by word and action the moral voice of the Catholic Church.
We develop our facilities and enrich our programs toward these ends, utilizing the channels of communication within our parish to build awareness of plans, needs and opportunities.
We desire to take into the community the good news of Christ by living our faith as did St. Paul the Apostle.
